Ron Chiwome

Director of Operations

Ron is an experienced Director who joined AGS Support in July 2018—with a background of 20 years as a registered & experienced Senior Mental Heath nurse working in various roles.

He brings to AGS Support a strong professional and experienced set of skills in Safeguarding, Mental Health, Hospital/ Healthcare and Social Care Management, Strategic and Operational Management, and Project Management.

Julie Adams

Julie Adams

HR and Compliance Manager

Julie has worked for AGS Support since 2018, following a 35-year Housing Management career in senior roles for social landlords providing general & supported housing.

Part of her responsibility in the supported housing sector covered a variety of client groups including young people (management of a Foyer), mental health, drug and alcohol, homelessness and older people.

Her experience enables her to fully understand firsthand: the staffing qualities & experience supported housing providers require, the financial constraints and challenges they work within, and how AGS Support can deliver the best service to meet these requirements.

Lauren Odendaal

Lauren Odendaal

HR and Compliance Administrator

Lauren joined AGS Support in August 2021, with a background as a Support Worker within the supported housing sector.

Primarily, she has worked with adult homeless with complex needs (mental health, drug and alcohol, domestic violence, and homelessness), although she has also worked in multiple projects with persons aged 16 to 25.

From her experience, she understands the difference a solid staffing team makes to the delivery of support within a service, and the challenges the sector faces with this.

Jason Stedman

Jason Stedman

Night Manager

Jason has worked with AGS since November 2023, following 10 years in protective services for a high-profile corporate client and dealing with challenging situations.

He brings knowledge of operational management and managing a large diverse team with a hands-on approach.
